This system of trails, located in the Lake Issaqueena section of the Clemson Experimental Forest, offers a beautiful forest setting and, at times, runs alongside the shore of Lake Issaqueena.

Where to Stay

If you are planning an overnight trip on the trails, we recommend staying with Chattooga Trails Bed and Barn. They are just 1.5 miles away from the Rocky Gap Trail System in the Sumter National Forest and offer many different accommodation options, including spacious rooms and rustic RV sites for you and your horse.
